Producers Unplugged: Financing and Packaging Workshop

We are partnering with Fassa Sar, founder of Callo for a workshop built for anyone designing their 2026 project slate. Last year, we co-hosted the Creative Tenacity dinner at UTA to celebrate 5 years of the podcast and the passion and perseverance of creators and producers.

Callo began in 2022 after Fassa recognized a massive gap in support for creators and producers developing high-quality media projects. As a former executive at Sony Pictures, she saw how resources consistently flowed to the top 1%—while everyone else was left to navigate creative development alone.

Building the New Producer’s Playbook

This workshop will bring together six brilliant minds who are actively redefining what sustainable production looks like—from Jesse Ozeri (fresh off The Brutalist) to Alice Ma (who’s pioneering web3-driven storytelling with Mad Realities) to Victoria Fäh (financing powerhouse behind A24, MK2, and XYZ Films).

We’ll dig into the real questions:

• How do you curate a slate that’s both creatively ambitious and financially sustainable?

• What are the emerging financing models worth paying attention to?

• What tools actually help you manage the chaos of multiple projects?
